For some reason I decided to start to work out again after so long.

March 14- weight 132.7 lbs
bf- 24.1 %

April 12/01
Been at it for four weeks now.
6 days on 1 off
3cardio/3 weights

weight- 124.3
bf - 21.8%

Still a very long way to go but at leats there is some progress
